The NOVA page contains a lot of URLs that could be translated more scalably #2774

https://world.openfoodfacts.org/ingredient/en:butter is there a way we can pass values generated on the fly (or once) ? {{en:butter}}in the HTML would send https://world-it.openfoodfacts.org/ingredient/en:butter

Just remove all those URLs etc.

The whole "Formula to determine the Nova group" section should be replaced by something like:

"To compute the NOVA group, we analyze the list of ingredients to identify ingredients that are used only in processed foods (NOVA 3) such as oil, sugar and salt, and in ultra-processed foods (NOVA 4) such as flavours and some food additives like colours, sweeteners and flavour enhancers."
