Add a score / rating for Open Beauty Facts

What

• Add something like nutriscore to Open beauty facts app.
• I want to see with one view that a product is OK and clean or not. At the moment I have to scan the product and have to click on every ingredient. Much better would be something like a traffic light for every ingredient. (like Codecheck App or Nutriscore in Open Food facts app)
