For NOVA, I'll add en:sauce and en:cheese in the NOVA 3 ingredients, + the en:sandwiches category.

In this case, I think it's more a data issue than an analysis issue. We could try to create a data quality facet for ingredients lists that seem to be incomplete / not detailed.

This problem probably affects only a very small % of products (restaurant items). The easiest solution would be to go through them, and try to put the full ingredients list (if we can find it, e.g. https://www.mcdonalds.ch/mcd/367/2018_01_10_Liste_ingredients_et_allergenes_McRaclette_Weeks.pdf )
