@teolemon proposed such a design a while back:

Product pages are getting longer and longer, and putting the important info (e.g. the Nutri-Score) at the very top, and separating the content into tabs could be a good solution to long scrolling pages, especially on mobile.

Having the important info on the top would also allow us to let users select what is important to them (through the user food preferences that we are introducing for the personal search project).
