Adding RSPO does not update the attribute on Palm Oil #4512

The products does not have an ingredient list, so the palm oil attribute is unknown.

We could hardcode an override to mark it as "contains palm oil" when we have a RSPO label.

Don't expect a big change though, it's going to affect 11 products: https://world.openfoodfacts.org/label/roundtable-on-sustainable-palm-oil/state/ingredients-to-be-completed
