Create an Open Food Facts identifier for each product

Description

We are facing many issues with barcodes or identifying products:

• barcodes identifying many products (see #6861, #3336)
• barcodes which are changing (while the product is not)
• products which are completely changing while the barcode is not changing
• products without barcodes (existing products but also past products) (see #6836)
• identifiers which are not barcodes
• [name here issues we are going to face in the future]

These issues will grow when we will extend sister projects: Open Beauty Facts, Open Products Facts, etc.

Having our own identifier could help us to better manage all these issues, creating a unique reference for WE care about.

For me supporting prefixes could answer this issue (without a normative id).

Use ean13/8 for products, in case of clash use prefixed ean13/8 and maybe prefix with brand/distributor or what seems appropriate.
