What

Static content
The actual static content is located on https://github.com/openfoodfacts/openfoodfacts-web

Why

We don't have native support for the apps
The system is too complex to be distributed to non-technical users

### Tasks
- [ ] Add an API sending a static content page using the Knowledge Panel syntax
- [ ] Make a plan for a new system for static content (translatable, user-friendly)
- [ ] Consider moving guides to a new place: https://world.openfoodfacts.org/guide/nutriscore-v2
