Conflicting information about palm oil #8673

What

Hey everyone, On the website and App, despite the indication "No palm oil" in the line "Labels, certifications, awards", the product sheet indicates "May contain palm oil".

Number of products impacted

One concerns my request but surely many : https://world.openfoodfacts.org/product/3587220002580/le-pain-italien-complet-la-fournee-doree

The "Palm Oil Free" certification is displayed on the front of the product, this gives contradictory information.

Thanks for reporting, I'm not sure how we should handle this though !

Hi @alexgarel , @stephanegigandet explained to me that certain labels can take over the list of ingredients (for example the vegetarian label). I know it's possible, Stéphane surely knows how to do it.

ok so we should do the same as "vegetarian" label but for palm oil.
