Add some fields in the user Pro account creation form

The current Pro account creation form, with, in bold, the additional fields that would be useful:

• Name
• Position
• Email
• Phone number (optional) (if you consent to be contacted by our team, to support you)
• Password
• Confirm Password
• Organisation
• Datapool / Product catalogue / Product Information Management (using a dropdown menu): "If your company works with such software, please let us know. It may considerably ease the data transfer
  - Number of article references (using a dropdown menu : 0-20 ; 20-500 ; 500+)
• Newsletter (Y/N)
