Being able to flag a product improvement #6

Being able to flag a product improvement in a spreadsheet from edit mode (ideally it would grab previous values, and saved values).

I added "product_improvement" in the flagging menu. Grabbing previous values and saved values is too much work in my opinion, reopen if you have a better idea.
