I noticed that the taxonomy name used in the API like https://search.openfoodfacts.org/autocomplete?q=la&taxonomy_names=category&lang=en is in singular "category", could we use the same names as Product Opener, in plural instead?

Same thing for field names: use brands:danone instead of brand:danone

It makes things tricky when other projects, SDKs etc. change the field names (e.g. some of them have changed code to barcode).
