Define and Agree on a dedicated allergen experience
Why
in Android v1, we had an explicit allergen manager, with a specific color (orange), with clear messages when we could or could not provide the info, with clear message on non-liability/+word of caution
in Smoothie, the allergen alert is lost in the summary card, while it should be at the Top of the hierarchy (in the summary banner, with an ⚠️ icon)

Yeah more prominent warnings would be good

If the user has selected one (or more) allergens, with the "mandatory" setting, then we should just display that at the very top. That's the spirit of personal search.

Going to close this, as overly vague, and possibly fixed by the new proposal. Time will tell.
