The text recognition API is among other things able to classify languages: https://developers.google.com/ml-kit/vision/text-recognition/v2?hl=fr
We have a server-side backup API it seems (for F-Droid): https://openfoodfacts.github.io/robotoff/references/api/#tag/Predict/paths/~1predict~1lang/get
