Robotoff just got faster thanks to the migration of YOLO.
Requestion the 10min Robotoff assumption
@raphael0202 how quickly can we expect the questions to be there ? 5, 4, 3 mins ? even faster ?

@teolemon If needed we can imagine a quick refresh 2 minutes later AND a later one 10 minutes later.
