Make registration screen more convincing and cheerful #5771

Problem

As a new user use the mobile app and decide to modify a product, we ask him to register. It is a big step for most user to take and current screen to do so lacks explanation and encouragement.

Proposed solution

Change current screen to:

welcome and encourage (We are so happy you want to contribute)
explain why we need them to signup (for quality)

It can also be a screen displayed before asking registration.
