What would you expect? "Présence inconnue : moutarde" on one line? Another thing is that "Poisson" is probably also an allergen, but as it's "important" there's no additional "allergens" subtitle, it's in the "important" block.

so what's happening on the scan card is "Clipping" if the card is too big, only a portion of it is shown. We could employ a different design for scan card, a condensed version of the current card (comma separated values?)
