Create a welcome new designers board that is similar in structure and process to the welcome new developers board.

[ ] Possibly an intro channel for new designers on slack then pushes to design circle et all: https://www.openfoodnetwork.org/slack-invite
[ ] Onboarding process for designers is slightly different and usually needs a synchronous call and critique process for contributions as design PR's don't exist! Maybe Calendly or a regular running call for onboarding
