In https://github.com/openfoodfoundation/ofn-install/issues/926, it seems we chose Wormly instead of NR Synthetic monitoring to alert for application downtime.
That's working fine, but it's posting to the #devops-notifications channel, which can get lost in amongst the various notifications. The #devops-alerts channel is for important notificatinos like this one.
