Discussions with Garethe came to the conclusion that we don't want completely open (anonymous) access in general. There's always the options to hand out public access tokens. This way we can respect data sovereignty and control which platforms are publishing the data.
There may still be a case of publishing an enterprise list in DFC format that is not scoped to a person. So listing the public enterprises that are listed on our site anyway could be an option. We don't have a case for that yet though. In the future, this could be used by a discovery platform to get a list and then filter it by certain criteria like farming practices.
