[BUU] Remove StimulusReflex from Image edit #12399

We've decided to avoid using StimulusReflex, because it's not reliable. Probably the best alternative is to utilise Turbo, but please discuss with the team in #backoffice-ui-uplift before starting.

There's probably a few ways to implement this and I'm not sure the best approach yet. It may be clearer after https://github.com/openfoodfoundation/openfoodnetwork/issues/12398 and #11987 .

So I estimate a vague 3 days
