Map product types according to PR #11817 #19

Currently the Products in Discover Regen don't have product categories. This is because the DFC categories are not yet populated. To populate them we need to map OFN categories to DFC categories

Product categories mapped as much as possible. Some categories do not translate at all e.g. 'Gifts' 'Wood' 'Fodder' 'Specials' and 'Boxes' - have left these unmapped

Some OFN categories combine two or more types of products that are separate high level categories in DFC e.g. 'Oils and Spreads' could be 3 categories in DFC. 'Pulses and Grains' in OFN are two separate categories in DFC. Have mapped to what we think is the main product in these OFN categories for now.

Flagged for future work - do we work on migrating OFN categories or adding to DFC categories. Potentially both
