This may be a loading speed thing, but at > 7 mins it's not manageable. I suspect not many users would still be here to learn that there are filters at that point. Could it be related to the product categories changes?

To reproduce:

visit https://regenerative.org.au/directory/
click on Products tab
filters don't load

Notes:

On loading the products tab URL directly, they usually load fine
On moving back and forth between the two tabs, the filter then usually get displayed
