I believe this also happens when the product list is getting shorter by applying filters. This happens on desktop as well. A good solution could be to automatically scroll to the top (or the currently viewed product) after applying a filter.
Yea i just filmed it on desktop. Isn't this a bug more than a wishlist? anyways it's pretty ugly ðŸ¤
I think we should investigate linking the filters and the page loading correctly, rather than designing a back to top arrow.
Unless the back to top arrow is an intermediary step while we wait for resources to fix the underlying problem. Please let me know and I will design something up @lin-d-hop
What is the need / problem?
A user reported that several clients who use the app on mobile told that they were often "landing" in the footer (which is large) when products were loading. They then have to manually scroll to the top of the page.
Which type of users does this problem affect (and how many, if known)?
- Shoppers
Potential solutions that will solve the problem ?[[brainstorming to list feature candidates]
They asked if it was possible to add an arrow that would bring back to the top of the page.
Maybe reducing the footer height would be good too, as it is very large.
