[Cart->Edit] Redirect to Order Summary if all information has already been provided

What is the need / problem?

If a customer proceeds to step 3 (order summary) of the checkout process and then decides to edit the cart, then all three steps have to be visited again to complete the order. This is not required because all information has been provided already. Instead, an updated order summary should be displayed and the customer should be able to quickly finish his shopping.

Which type of users does this problem affect (and how many, if known)?

Potential solutions that will solve the problem

• If all required information has already been provided, then skip step 1 and 2 and redirect to step 3 directly.
• The minimum solution would be to at least remember the previously selected shipping method.
