It sounds like we should create and post a skeletal framework that tells potential developers how to participate, even if it's just

  1. Sign up for an account on Github
  2. Create an issue around the improvement you've created or are planning on working on, for us to discuss and spec and
  3. Send the finished code to Roy for review.
