Are product numbers configurable? #19

Relating to my question in #16 Does OFS have a flexible/configurable product numbering system that accommodates diverse product numbering schemes? It might help down the road in terms of integrating OFS with other (i.e. less flexible) systems that food hubs also run and want to talk together.

We might delay looking at this until we reach a milestone where we actually start considering integration w/other food hub management systems (e.g,. POS stuff).

I can say this won't happen before 1.1.0 because it will require a database schema change. However, other modificaitons will be pushing that revision sooner rather than later. It's a good idea to have on the radar.
