Move Scripts to a Separate Repo #19

Thanks for the issue. If you don't mind I can create a new repo at the sportdb org e.g. sportdb/major-league-soccer.ruby for the importer/scraping/build scripts. The idea is to keep the openfootball org mostly free of scripts. Cheers. PS: For example, scripts for wikipedia/wikidata even use its own github org. Hope this makes sense. Also should make it easier and possible to reuse for more leagues in the future (e.g. the wikiscript squad reader works for the world cup but also for the euro etc.). Again thanks for getting it all started.

Could you add me as a collaborator so I can continue to update them? The ESPN scraper in particular can get seasonal stats for players that I think will eventually be a good addition to the data.
