I added kickoff times with correct time zones. Please let me know whether I got the format correct.

Sorry this 2nd pull request cannot get merged automatically. The format is good e.g.use the 24 clock as you already do 17:00 or 17.00 etc. Please try to rebase if these times are a patch / correction. You now have commit access. Welcome and thanks for your contribution. Cheers.

I see. Good idea adding UTC-3 - Curitiba etc. Might be a good idea to add the time zone to the city in the future itself. For now would be great to add the time zone after the city e.g. Curitiba (UTC-3), Manaus (UTC-4) or Manaus / UTC-4 or similar (or keep it as is). Cheers.
