Drafted skeleton of physical property calculation. This is not working yet.
Pulled @bmanubay's LaTeX document into revtex4-1 format.

I'm going to go ahead and merge this so @bmanubay can keep working on the revised version of the document.

Hey @jchodera, thanks for the skeleton! I'm going through getting physical property calculation working on my end. I'll take a look through the skeleton structure and see if I can start integrating what I've got working so far. I'll take a good bit of today working on the best practices document first I think.
