Add encrypted OpenEye license file for travis testing. #20

@jchodera - did you need me to try and deal with this for you? It's been sitting open since August, and we need to get an encrypted OpenEye file up on here so travis tests will pass. We could wipe this out and start over with my encrypted file, or you could finish this one.

It looks like the problem with this specific PR is that you are, for some reason, attempting to run tests on code which has not yet been included in the repo (I think it's in your property estimator branch?). Did you base this PR on the wrong branch initially?

Specifically, you have a test which is trying to import testsystems but there is no testsystems present yet.
