Should we migrate this code to open-forcefield-group/openforcefield? #25

The original idea was that open-forcefield-group/openforcefield would house the stable codebases that our collaboration produces. Do we want the property calculation framework to live there instead, or should it remain here for now?

Seems like we want the property calculation stuff there for the reason you just described, though I don't feel like I really have a horse in this race at this point. Still, it seems to me like there are two good reasons for it: 1) Maintaining one repo is easier than maintaining two 2) We said we'd put the stable codebases there
