The RTD builds are broken after #413 as a result of the new Toolkit builds requiring python >=3.8 and the existing environment being pinned to 3.7 and/or only Sphinx versions that work with 3.7. I tried loosening the Python pin but have not had time to investigate which Sphinx pins we could update this to.
I would really like to avoid a 3.7 backdoor anywhere in our infrastructure.
