Molecule.enumerate_stereoisomers uses British spelling 'rationalise' instead of 'rationalize' #1777

Describe the bug We are not adhering to a single spelling convention in the toolkit. Molecule.enumerate_stereoisomers uses the British English keyword rationalise instead of the US English keyword rationalize.
