Updates for FreeImage 3.19.1 Using our built libPNG rather than sub dependencya for all platforms now Updated [LibPNG [1.6.40] -> [1.6.42]] Updated svgtiny - emscripten Updated FreeType - emscripten / macOS targets / clean up Updated OpenSSL - [1.1.1w] -> [3.0.12] (iOS/OSX/VisionOS, VS) Updated Curl - [8.4.0] -> [8.6.0]

Damn gnomes! Cloning into 'libxml2'... fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/GNOME/libxml2.git/': Failed to connect to github.com port 443 after 21026 ms: Couldn't connect to servers
