Fixed backwards comment about defaults. #658

Both ofBufferToFile and ofBufferFromFile had descriptions saying they were text by default, but as the default parameter shows and the later comments show, the default is binary. Fixed.

this shouldn't have been merged it modifies the inlined description which comes from the code comments so the correct place to change it is there, otherwise it'll be replaced later on when we regenerate the docs from the comments
