add instruction for VS2017 to reduce folder size #665

I found that Visual Studio 2017 uses significant disk space https://forum.openframeworks.cc/t/vs-folder-too-big-in-vs2017/29749

sounds useful, this can make compiling considerably slower so if you send a PR please mention that as well so people can choose between speed or disk space
