ofiPhoneVideoGrabber additions from Oriol #1413

Oriol made some nice additions to ofiPhoneVideoGrabber, adding support for focus / exposure / whiteBalance / torch. http://forum.openframeworks.cc/index.php/topic,10354.0.html

need to merge these into develop.
