From what I've seen there are some scripts in
scripts/ci/linuxarmv6l
and
scripts/ci/linuxaarch64
downloading the firmware to access a folder called opt to grab the vc drivers.
the latest firmware doesn't have this folder, maybe it is in a separate repo like this one? https://github.com/raspberrypi/userland/tree/master
