Developer Scripts:

changed download_latest_libs.sh to download_libs.sh for master (uniformity)
Fixed Linux gcc not installed fail to download in /dev/download_libs.sh
fixed auto download scripts in Xcode projects to new naming convention
on clean install - clean include directory

Apothecary

Patched json to move include directory to module naming convention /
Custom patched nightly for linux6l, linux7l, linux64
Emscripten patched on nightly (json)
