✨(frontend) make settings configurable

Purpose

With the production of the application, the need to have configurable parameters has become necessary. So we use a json file for these parameters.

Proposal

• [x] add config.json inside window.config
• [x] refactor keycloak.service.ts
• [x] refactor http.service.ts
• [x] use the new keycloak service inside all components.
