Back office - Product detail view - Target course - Allow to edit is_graded flag #763

Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe.

Each target courses of a product can be flagged as is_graded. This flag allows editor to take only a subset of target courses into the certificate generation. Currently, this flag is not administrable through the backoffice

Describe the solution you'd like

For each target course, a switch to toggle the is_graded flag should be added.
