When a payment on an installment in the schedule fails, the next one can be skip if the user does not pay the failed payment before the next due_date.
Describe the solution you'd like
When a failed payment is resolved, then the next one should be paid even if it's in the past. There are at least 2 solutions:
in the process_payment_schedules management command we look for due_date before or equal today.
In the _do_on_payment_success a check can be made and if there is a late payment then do an action (modify the due date ? trigger the payment right now ?)
