🐛(website) correctly redirect a user when a resource is deleted #2419

Purpose

We were redirecting the user to his previous page, sometimes there was no previous page or the previous page was not the most relevant one. Now we redirect to the parent page. See issue: https://github.com/openfun/marsha/issues/2404
