Add light marsha dashboard #44

Purpose

The embedded dashboard developed for Marsha has been validated by the tech team and during the LA workshops. Even if it won't be used as is (the variables won't be used), the provisioning can be added in the Potsie project.

Proposal

Add a dedicated marsha folder that contains the light dashboard provisioning and remove its access for users of the demo pool.
