Currently, into the sale tunnel when there is a contract to sign, the user must accept our terms and conditions. We allow the user to download a preview of the contract which include those terms and conditions.
This is not a proper solution for ux. Instead we decide to create a dedicated page on our platform then we just have to link this page in the sale tunnel. Simpler, better.

[x] Replace the download contract preview logic by a link to our terms and conditions page.
