✨(frontend) post openEdx fullName form #2335

Purpose

rebased on #2329

add a form to update user openEdx full name This form will be used into new sale tunnel in order to update user full name.

It seems that this new form is not implemented inside the dashboard but only in stories, not sure to understand why, can you give a bit of context please?

@jbpenrath I've took your returns and also add an extra fixup commit from ✨(frontend) add fullname form in saletunnel screenshots are up to date.
