Make order of columns in exports reasonably predictable #52

It would be really sweet if we could get it set up so output files put all the aggregates first, then all the per-counts. Further, if features were sorted alphabetically within those groupings (ignoring prefixes for per-counts).

I'm reasonably certain we already do the former. What needs looking into is the latter.
