Journalism: FailureCount feature #84

Feature whose value is an int counting the number of times the level was failed. It also has two subfeatures: 1) OutOfTime : A count of how many failures were due to the player running out of time. 2) LowAttribute : A count of how many failures were due to the player having an attribute value too low to advance. Note: may expand this depending on which attributes can lead to failure
