Customize Add Method dialog for interfaces #101

The Add method dialog for interfaces has some options and things non related to interfaces available which I think could be better for user guidance.:

Must call parent option should not be available

Also in the title is mentioned, by value, could be interface?

Could the add method somehow realize that an actor is inheriting from it and let's you create messages then?
