Fixes #46

Added case in Scripting_ReplaceVIsAndControls to traverse in place element structures

This allows for users to use class templates with content inside in place element structures that need to be replaced

Thanks for your pull request, I'm pretty new to dealing with pull request in GIT (I've used SVN for most of our development). I've added you as developer as well :-). I'll try to get SourceTree to pull your changes and view them. I'm sure they are fine (as long as they are in LV2014).
